Storage Solution Installation, Upgrade, and / or Integration

This service includes the technical implementation of solutions and strategies. Solution installation, upgrade, and integration could be as simple as installing additional disk capacity or a new storage device or something as complex as installing an enterprise-wide data storage resource management tool. This service includes:

• Pre-installation site survey and coordination planning
• Installation of additional capacity in existing storage devices
• Installation of new storage devices
• Integration of new storage devices into the existing IT network environment
• Integration of new storage solution into application environment
• Installation of data storage resource management tools
• Documentation of installed solution and its integration within the exiting environment
• Development of standard operating procedures for solution use and maintenance
